2002 Gas Station Playset '70 Mustang Mach 1 Variation?

On the back of the box of the 2002 release of the Hot Wheels Gas Station playset, there is the Mustang sporting five spokes. Is this a legit variation? The gas station Mustang is hard to find as it is, so if this is indeed a legit variation, then it's got to be very hard to find. If anyone has any information about this, please e-mail me!
