Store Exclusive '68 Shelby GT-500 & Shelby GT-350R Card Art?

These two pictures showed up on eBay and both have card art that has never appeared in the Hot Wheels lineup. Is this card art like the snowflake card art that is only found at Target? Could this be Wal-Mart's exclusive card art design? Time will for sure tell but these Shelby's look awesome with it no doubt!
