A Closer Look At Another Rare Mustang

This Mustang I am about to talk about is one many collectors do not know about. It was never found in stores, at any Conventions, or online thru the Red Line Club. This Mustang is enclosed in a display case and features a very popular casting. It's the '65 Mustang Fastback that was released in the mainlines in 2008. But there is just something that makes this Mustang very special, and what exactly could that be? Well, let me tell you about it!

In 2010, this former CEO of Mattel celebrated his tenth anniversary with the company. His name was Bob Eckert. To honor this. Mattel held a celebration and gave this Mustang to top executives of the company. This Mustang is known as an employee piece, which was only given to Mattel employees. The Mustang is a shade of white, with light grey flames on the sides and top. It has blue racing stripes on the hood and trunk lid, with stripes on the roof along with a picture of the CEO's face. It sports some really awesome looking blue five spoke wheels with real rider tires with "Happy 10th Anniversary" going around them. It has "10" on each side of the car, "Bob Eckert" on the front fender, and "2000/2010" on the rear quarter panel. Like I mentioned, it came in a clear display case with the words "Happy 10th Anniversary" on it. Eckert retired as Mattel's CEO in 2011 after 11 years with the company. This Mustang looks very awesome in person and pictures do it no justice. With that said, here are the best pictures I could get of the car.
