In the 2015 lineup of Hot Wheels, we saw 2 classic Mustang Super Hunts. Both were very nice and both deserve to be mentioned as 2 of the best Supers of 2015. With that said, exactly which one is the best looking Mustang Super of 2015?
The first Mustang Super we saw came out in the 2015 E case. It was the '69 Mustang Boss 302. This Mustang today is still one of the hottest, if not the hottest, selling Supers of 2015. This Mustang was a new release in the mainlines in 2015 and it became a favorite of many Mustang collectors. This Mustang was first released in the Vintage Racing Series back in 2011, which replaced the Dragstrip Demon Series. It was labeled as a '70 Mustang Boss 302 instead of a '69. There were two different Boss 302's released in the Vintage Racing Series, and today these are also favorites by Mustang collectors. This Mustang was also a Convention car that was held in Lexington, KY. Only time will tell where we will see the this Boss 302 show up again, but it for sure has potential to be a popular casting. This Mustang Super can be picked up on eBay for around $35-$40.
The second Mustang Super of 2015, which came out in the L case, was the '65 Mustang Fastback. This Mustang came out in 2008 in the mainlines and since it's released, it has been seen in many releases respectfully. It is considered a favorite casting by many Mustang collectors. It has also been a Convention car, which was held in 2009 in Reston, VA.. It has also shown up in several different exclusive sets as the Mustang Mania 10 car box set, and has also been K-Mart and Wal-Mart exclusives. This casting is currently being found in 9 packs as a multipack exclusive car. This Mustang Super can be picked up on eBay for around $25-$30.
Here are the pictures of both Mustang Supers of 2015. Which one is the best looking one? I, myself have to go with the Boss 302. The casting just looks wicked and with it being a Super hunt, just adds icing to the cake. This is probably one the best looking Mustang Supers we've seen in a few years.
