This is something new I am going to start doing. Every week I am going to pick a Mustang from my own collection and feature it here on the site. This week it's going to be a Mustang casting that you don't see much of, and has only been released as a Convention piece and was in the 100% Hot Wheels series. The casting I am talking about is the '65 Shelby GT-350, This week's Mustang of the Week is the 2007 Convention piece. Only 3000 were produced so it's for sure not an easy Mustang to find. I am hoping one day that we will see this Mustang in the mainlines, as it would be an awesome addition, but for now we have only the select few castings to enjoy.
Also a part of my collection is the actual banner that was hung at the Convention where this Mustang was being sold. It features the exact Mustang on it that is in the blister pack. I also have an e-sheet that is signed by one of the Hot Wheels designers. The e-sheet shows what the car should look like once produced.
