Earlier this week when the new '67 Shelby GT-500 (Eleanor) was leaked, a reader on our Facebook page mentioned something about the hood looking different on it. Well after a little research and examining the casting, there is indeed two different hoods used on the casting. The upcoming Shelby released has the hood with the vents on each side. That hood is also wider and the front has defined openings. Now if Hot Wheels will keep using the more correct hood, time will tell.
